The organization is an entrepreneurial think tank whose mission is to establish a collaborative economic development strategy with the community of North Port that results in positive and measurable economic results for the city.

Organization Summary
The North Port Economic Development Corporation(NPEDC) will function as a non profit private economic development organization in the city of North Port. The organization will develop, present and manage an economic development strategy that engages the public, private, and civic sectors, and works to implement that strategy in an inclusive manner.
The organization will receive all of its operating funding from the private sector, and will work collaboratively with the public, private and civic sectors to ensure the plans success.
